Terms

Next30Reps builds a dated training plan from the answers you give and shows it to you on this site. Day 1 is free. Paying opens the rest.

  • €1.9930-Day PlanOne month, dated, done.
  • €3.9990-Day PlanThree blocks of 30 days.
  • €4.9990-Day Plan + NutritionBest value.
  • €1.9930-Day Nutrition PlanDaily targets and a meal outline.

Every purchase is one payment. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no card is stored by Next30Reps. Payment is handled by Stripe, which we never ask you to trust us with card details for.

Your plan stays open for as long as this site runs. We can change prices for new purchases, never for one you already made.

This is general fitness information, not medical advice. You train at your own risk. Stop if something hurts and get it looked at. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a health condition, talk to a doctor before you start.

Do not resell or redistribute the plan. It is written for you and it is cheap enough that sharing the site costs your friends less trouble than sharing the file.

02

Privacy

We keep the least we can, because we do not want a database worth stealing.

  • Your answers. Goal, days, minutes, equipment, anything you asked to avoid, and your age band if you gave it. They are what the plan is made of.
  • Your email, once you save the plan. It is how you get back in and how the plan reaches you.
  • What you ticked off, so the plan knows where you are.
  • Your order, and the consent record described below.

We do not store card numbers. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Anonymous page analytics tell us which screens people leave on, and nothing about who you are.

There is no password. A link emailed to you signs your device in, lasts 30 minutes, and works once.

You can stop the emails, download your plan, or delete your account and everything attached to it from your account page. Deletion is immediate and we keep no copy, except the order and consent record we are required to keep for accounting and dispute handling.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Your plan is digital content, delivered the moment payment succeeds. At checkout you tick a separate box, never pre-ticked, that reads:

I expressly request that my personalized digital content be made available immediately after purchase, before the end of the withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I will lose my statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided.

Because you asked for it to be delivered immediately and it was, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase. We record exactly what you were shown, when you ticked it, and against which order, so neither of us has to remember. immediate-delivery-2026-08-29 is the version of that wording currently in use.

That is the legal position, not our customer service. If the plan is not what you expected, if it is broken, or if you bought the wrong thing, write to us below and ask for your money back. We would rather refund €1.99 than argue about it.

If a payment failed, was taken twice, or you were charged and never got your plan, tell us and we fix it the same day.

This page describes how we run things. It is not legal advice, and it does not remove any statutory right you have that cannot be waived.

Contact

One form, one person reading it. Refunds, bugs, an exercise your body will not do, or a question about the plan: all of it comes here.

We reply from the address that sends your plan, so you can answer that email directly.
